Good and bad habits don't follow a straight line or behave exactly how we'd like. We can't predict the curve balls that life throws. We typically meet once a month in this phase to keep you on track or to help get you back on track. It happens to all of us.

Deepen your experience, go further into the change process, and meet even more goals that once seemed out of reach. Sessions 6-10 (Optional)

We'll meet for 60 minutes per session. In this phase, we will contemplate, prepare and take action. Watch your skill set increase, your inner wisdom emerge. and your courage take you where you want to go. You may start to feel different - better. Takeaways, surprises, and mindset shifts are all part of the process. You'll feel reinvigorated after each session.
You may opt to meet weekly or bi-monthly.

Sessions 2 - 5

We'll meet for 60-90 minutes to kick off your series of sessions. I recommend getting lab work to assess your unique biometrics. Optimally, you'll include your physician in the process and ask him/her for a treatment plan, otherwise known as a lifestyle prescription. I'll help you choose 1-3 problem areas and by the time you leave, you'll have a personalized road map for how we're going to up-level your brain. Think of your doctor as the "What" and me as the "How."

Foundation Session

Together we'll explore how brain health coaching can help you do more of what you love. I'll invite you to take a few initial assessments to better understand your risk factors and complaints about your brain, gather your personal story, and then get a sense of where you'd like to be in 3-6 months time.
